Exceptions to Agreement to Arbitration: Either you or Credico may assert a claim, if it qualifies, in small claims court in Chicago, Illinois. Nothing in this section shall be deemed as preventing either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts as necessary to stop unauthorized use or abuse of the Credico.com website or intellectual property infringement without first engaging in arbitration. All claims for injunctive or other appropriate relief may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Chicago, Illinois, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
