Antoine Nohra

Founder and Chairman of Credico Global

Antoine Nohra is the Founder of Credico. In 1991, Antoine started a direct sales business in Canada that focused on credit card acquisitions inside retail stores. With over 25 years of experience in alternative channel sales and marketing, Antoine brings superior leadership and direction to Credico across the globe. Antoine’s strategic vision of growth has led Credico’s expansion to diverse industries worldwide. As a dynamic businessman, Antoine brings tremendous marketing skill and business sense to the direct sales industry. Antoine holds an executive MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Jesse Young

President of Credico

Jesse Young partnered with Credico in 2005 and is currently the President of Credico. Prior to joining Credico, Jesse founded and developed several successful marketing ventures, diversifying his professional portfolio as a dedicated businessman and entrepreneur. In his first three years with the company, Jesse utilized his skills for shaping the direction of Credico’s sales strategy by doubling the size of the European sales network. By 2011, when Jesse brought that vision to the USA, Credico had quadrupled in size across the globe. Jesse works hand-in-hand with several charities and is an international leader in face-to-face fundraising. Jesse earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and Marketing from Brown University where he was senior class president, a student-athlete and collegiate wrestler.

John Zavoyna

Chief Operating Officer, Credico USA

John Zavoyna joined Credico in 2017 and brings 30+ years of executive and C-level experience in the Financial Services and FinTech verticals. John previously served as COO and Chief Commercial Officer for BFS Capital, and President and CEO for Dell Financial Services. He also spent nearly 24 years with the $110 billion MBNA bank in a range of executive positions including the management of P&L business lines, finance, credit, operations, sales, marketing, product development, emerging technologies, strategy, and acquisitions. John is a “cum laude” graduate from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware and earned his MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University. He also holds a BS in Economics from Frostburg State University where he also served as co-captain of the varsity lacrosse team.

Neil R. Pandey

Vice President of Legal and Compliance (General Counsel), Credico USA

Neil R. Pandey joined Credico in July of 2017 and is currently the Vice President of Legal and Compliance. In this role, Neil manages the legal and compliance and teams; implements strategic business practices, oversees all legal transactions and policies, and provides other strategic guidance to Credico’s leadership.  Prior to joining Credico, Neil worked as Associate Attorney in several law firms where his work focused on corporate white collar government investigations, commercial transactions and other forms of complex civil litigation.   He brings over 9 years of legal expertise to the team at Credico. After obtaining his B.A. from the University of Illinois in Champaign Urbana, Neil graduated with honors from American University’s Washington College of Law.  While in law school, Neil served as a Note and Comment Editor on the Administrative Law Review, competed in several Moot Court competitions and published two legal articles.

Kealy Ditchfield

Vice President of Client Services, Credico USA

Kealy Ditchfield joined Credico USA as the Vice President of Client Services in 2018, responsible for overseeing key accounts, leading strategy development, and maintaining senior-level client relationships. This role follows 5 successful years as Director of Operations for Credico United Kingdom, where she was responsible for overall business compliance and managing the London finance and operations team. Bringing a total of 23 years of business operations and development experience in the direct sales industry, Kealy is a results-oriented individual with proven leadership, outstanding teamwork, and excellent analytical skills. A go-to-person for improving operational performance, her key strengths include analyzing performance, reviewing processes, identifying areas in need of development and building key relationships. She has formulated strategies and implemented a support system to staff across the globe.

Christine Aceron

Director of Business Intelligence, Credico USA

Christine Aceron joined Credico USA in 2017. During her first year, she implemented the company’s Business Intelligence platform and was instrumental in strengthening the teams, processes, and solutions that comprise Client Services and Information Technology at Credico. In her current role, Christine leads Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Education. Christine has a strong track record with 18 years of success in Data Analytics, Client Services, Client Delivery, Technology, Operations and Education/Training. Christine held Director and VP roles at IRI over a period of approximately 9 years. Prior to that, Christine worked at global organizations such as PepsiAmericas and Grant Thornton. Christine earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Dominican University. She holds the Project Management Professional certification.

Mark Johnson

Chief Financial Officer, Credico USA

Mark Johnson joined Credico in May of 2017 and is the Chief Financial Officer of Credico North America. In this role, Mark manages all the financial operations of Credico North America and leads the accounting and commission teams through his roll-up-the-sleeves mentality. Prior to joining Credico, Mark worked as Chief Financial Officer for a group of companies offering trading technologies and brokerage solutions.  He has 12 years of experience in financial and trading operations specializing in process improvement, control implementation, data analytics and modeling, and corporate administration. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, is pursuing a Master’s degree in taxation, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Monal Patel

HR Business Partner, Credico USA

Monal Patel joined Credico North America in January of 2017.  With 10+ years of HR & Recruiting experience, Monal is the lead for creating, managing and executing all aspects of HR policies and procedures as the HR Business Partner for North America. Her responsibilities include performance management, employee relations, training and development, policies and procedures, onboarding, recruiting, benefits and more. Monal cares about people and ensures that the “human” element in HR is always maintained as a priority. Prior to joining Credico, Monal served as a Senior HR Manager for a leading public relations firm and marketing agency. Monal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. 

Ian Attwood

Chief Executive Officer, Credico United Kingdom

Ian Attwood is the Chief Executive Officer of Credico United Kingdom and has been instrumental to the development of the company since its inception in 2005. During his time with the company, Ian has seen the business grow considerably, helping to make it the market leading business it is today. Ian’s stability and integrity provides clients and colleagues with confidence, and the support needed to grow and develop. Ian has an honours degree in retail sales and marketing and previous to joining Credico, he was head of sales and in store promotion at Sainsbury’s bank. He has strong retail management background and has managed business change and development at every level.

Jenny Linney

Chief Financial Officer, Credico Global

Jenny Linney joined Credico in March 2015 as the European CFO. She is responsible for Finance, HR and Legal for the European businesses as well as overseeing the Chester office's Operations, and is now the global CFO of Credico. Jenny is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with PwC in 2000. She has a track record of driving change to improving business performance, profitability and deliver operational efficiencies. Jenny has been fortunate during her career to have worked in leadership roles in finance, operations and sales, in the UK and Australia. Her breadth of experience also extends to working across a wide range of industry sectors including telecommunications, retail and publishing.

Debbie Shaw

Financial Operations and Events Manager, Credico United Kingdom

Debbie Shaw is the Financial Operations Manager and Events Manager and manages the financial records of Credico United Kingdom, a role that allows her organizational and time management skills to shine. Debbie also independently manages the planning, scheduling, production, execution and marketing of all events and award ceremonies for Credico UK and Ireland. Her ability to, develop and maintain excellent relationships with venues, sponsors, and keynote speakers while managing the unexpected with ease has made her an invaluable part of the Credico team. Debbie has also been a valuable asset for Credico’s worldwide event planning. She has contributed to venue sourcing, contracting, and operational management of events throughout the USA, South Africa, Australia and Europe. Debbie has worked in the industry since 1990 in Australia and the UK in a variety of different roles, from Field Sales, Administration and Hub Management to Director of Operations. As Credico has expanded, Debbie has had the pleasure of traveling to a number of Countries whilst organizing the Credico International Seminars and Award Ceremonies, including Australia, South Africa, USA and Spain.

Scott Watson

Supplier Accounts Manager, Credico United Kingdom

Scott Watson is the Supplier Accounts Manager situated in the London office. He brings 15 years business finance knowledge to the Credico team. Scott liaises directly with Credico UK suppliers and senior managers. In addition to reporting and reviewing weekly performance and financial reports, he manages, trains and develops members of the London team, setting KPI's to ensure quality and deadlines are met. Scott also manages the workload and performance of the team, ensuring that service standards, targets and quality is maintained. Scott has a fantastic knowledge of finance connected with the direct sales industry, sound and perceptive strategic skills, and a superb ability to explain even the most complicated accounts questions in a simple manner. Scott is professional in every respect; very straightforward in his communication style; has the utmost integrity; and manages to put all those things together with a great personality, that Credico UK suppliers appreciate and respect.

John Dougan

General Manager, Credico United Kingdom

John Dougan joined Credico as General Manager in February 2009 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the Chester office's Operations Team. John’s team ensures our representatives within the sales organization have all the information and equipment they require to ensure they can effectively represent our clients and deliver large customer acquisition numbers. John is also the Client Account Manager for our Irish business and manages new campaigns during the test phase. Prior to joining Credico John spent a significant amount of time working in senior field sales roles in the Telecommunications Industry, which has provided him with invaluable insight in how best to support the Credico direct sales business.

Peter van den Berg

Chief Executive Officer, Credico South Africa

Peter van den Berg started Credico SA in South Africa in 2008 and has helped grow Credico SA to over 1,500 independent store owners over the last eight years. In his time with the company, Peter has developed the business in South Africa through hard work and his “never say die” attitude. He is always looking for better ways of doing things and is always open for new ideas and new customers to help grow their businesses and our business.

Theuns Bezuidenhout

General Manager, Credico South Africa

Theuns joined the Credico SA team in November 2014 as the General Manager. With his hands-on approach and proven management track record, Theuns is responsible for all the daily operational requirements of our dynamic business. He has also been tasked with the implementation of various reporting systems to facilitate business efficiency which will ensure the long term success of Credico SA. Theuns is a natural leader, offering exceptional guidance to his team. He has impeccable attention to detail, is a skilled motivator, negotiator, lateral thinker, teacher and more. Prior to joining the Credico SA team, Theuns was the Head of Marketing at one of SA’s leading Direct TV Marketing companies where he worked for over 10 years. His responsibilities included building and marketing for various brands, new product development, driving sales and market growth. Theuns has an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Financial Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

PC Buitendag

New Business/Client Management Manager, Credico South Africa

PC joined Credico in April, 2014. With a decade of retail sales and CRM experience, PC is responsible for obtaining new business for Credico, both in South Africa and neighboring countries, managing all clients and driving product sales and quality throughout the Credico business. PC manages the sales and training department and ensures campaigns achieve the required quality sales and all sales agents are fully trained and competent to work with each campaign. PC and his sales team achieved year-on-year growth in all campaigns since the inception of the new national credit act in South Africa and are constantly striving to improve on sales and provide the best possible solutions and results for all Credico clients. PC has various qualifications ranging from a Bachelor’s of Philosophy Honours in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School of Marketing, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Customer Centricity certificate from University of Johannesburg, Graphic Design and Web Page Design diplomas from Damelin.

Eonora van Tonder

Finance Manager, Credico South Africa

Eonora van Tonder joined the Credico SA team in January 2018 as the Finance Manager. She gained her Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting after which she took on the opportunity to work in the UK on contracts in various sectors. Back in South Africa, Eonora gained further experience in the Retail and International Non-Governmental Organization sectors. Her focus has always been very much on financial analysis and reporting; she has grown from an Accounting position into a Financial Planning and Reporting Manager to become a seasoned Financial Manager. Eonora is responsible for all finance requirements and makes sure that the financial health of Credico SA is maintained and reviewed on a monthly basis, keeping a close eye on our financial sustainability in the current economy.
